GR PIPES

USAGE AND ADVANTAGES

  • GR is among the easiest to use in drip-irrigation systems in terms of installation, dismantling, and maintenance.
  • It is mostly used in the irrigation of vegetables in open fields and green houses.
  • It is very efficient in irrigating trees that are planted close to each other, such as banana trees.
  • It contains a cylindrical dripper that is attached to the inside wali of the pipe.
  • This pipe is available in two sizes: 16 mm (with 1.1 mm thickness) and 20 mm (with 1.2 mm thickness).
  • Ideal operating pressure for this pipe is 1 Bar.
  • It is available in different flow capacities : 2 L/H, 4 L/H, and 8 L/H.
  • The spacing between drippers starts from 20 cm and reaches up to 100 cm or more.
  • It can be produced in a way that allocates a number of drippers to every one tree (grouping).
  • Chemicals and fertilizers that may be added to the water do not affect the pipe.
  • It can be easily cleaned from calcium carbonate precipitation by adding some diluted acids.

P.C. PIPES (In Line Pressure Compensating Dripper)

USAGE AND ADVANTAGES

  • The P.C. Pipe is the latest in drip-irrigation systems, wherein it contains a dripper with a regulator for pressure. This mechanism enables the system to deal with pressure inside the pipe ranging from 0.5 Bar up to 4.5 Bar, while maintaining the same designed flow and sufficient pressure within the irrigation network.
  • Available with 3.8 L/H capacity as well as 2.2 L/H and comes in 16 mm and 20 mm pipes.
  • P.C. pipes can be used for lengths of up to 200 m, subject to the availability of
    suitable pressure, thus helping realize:
    • Savings in main lines.
    • Easy ploughing of the soil after the removal of the irrigation network.
    • Maximum usage of the land (no erosion because of the main lines).
  • The consistency of the irrigation water enhances the consistency in the size and snape of fruits; thus reflecting positively on the marketability of these fruits.
  • Ideal for use in sloping terrain and hilly areas.
  • Ideal for agricultural research facilities because of its ability to provide consistent irrigation.

NASEEM PIPES

A very efficient emitter incorporated into a wide range of cost effective thin wall tubing of various sizes, make NASEEM Dripline a wise choice in many field application.

Manufactured to unsurpassed standards, with CV as low as 0.013, NASEEM combines outstanding performance with value and economy.

NASEEM Dripline offers versatility and design flexibility because of its wide range product line and standard inside diameters of 16.1 and 20.2mm.

NASEEM is successfully used on many types of crops all over the world. NASEEM is available in tubing wall thicknesses from 6 mil to 36 mil with a variety of flow rates and spacing options. NASEEM is the right choice for reliable and economical use in vegetables and field crops. The NASEEM low profile emitter is moulded and incorporated inside seamless thjn-wall tubing.

Provides many advantages of a hard hose dripline while remaining cost competitive with "thin wall tape" products. Contrary to all existing "tape" products, the NASEEM dripper can be flushed clean under high pressure, maintaining a constant high emission uniformity over the years. NASEEM GRANDE, the largerdiameter NASEEM, can uniformly irrigate even the longest runs on any crop.

  • Large turbulent flow path ensures trouble-free performance.

NASEEM drip line is produced with a stable ID of 16.1 or 20.2 mm with various thicknesses. This allows the product to be used with the same installation design since the wall thickness affects only the endurance in time and not the design of the installation.

The NASEEM emitter, with its large, highly turbulent water passage, is engineered to provide uniform flow at each outlet point. The low-profile style of the NASEEM emitter is to lay flat on the reel for simple and economical field installation.

NASEEM is available from 6 mil to 36 mil wall thickness with 1.3, 1.6 or 2.6 Iph flow rates. Drippers are provided at any spacing required.
